Refunds

If StillMouse isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to ismail@axleno.com from the email address you bought with, or use the Feedback page inside StillMouse. Say that you'd like a refund. A person reads every message.
What happens
- The full price is returned to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- Your license is cancelled. On your Mac, StillMouse goes back to the free Balanced mode the next time it checks its license.
After 14 days
If something stops working, write to us anyway. We'll try to fix it, and we look at every request fairly.

StillMouse is made and sold by Axleno LLC. Payments are handled by Stripe.
